Bleed From Within are a five piece deathcore band from Hamilton, Scotland. The band formed in 2005 and quickly made a name for themselves on the local scene opening for touring bands such as Job For A Cowboy, The Black Dahlia Murder, I Killed the Prom Queen & Suffocation. The band entered the studio in 2007 with 'Welcome To The Plague Year' They gained recognition outside their local scene with the release of this EP leading to self-financed tours of the UK, Holland & Belgium. The band signed a deal with Rising Records (Trigger the Bloodshed, Mendeed) in the UK & Europe early 2008 which saw them in the studio by the end of the year to record their first full length. 'Humanity' was released August 10th 2009. The music video for 'Servants of Divinity' was released and has received almost 1.5 million views to date. The band then went on to write and record the follow up to Humanity, their 2nd album, 'Empire', released in May 2010, mixed and mastered by Jon Mitchell at Outhouse Studios (Architects, Enter Shikari). This is when the band found their sound, the video track 'The Healing' demonstrating the bands ability to fuse heaviness with melody. After blistering sets at 2009's Download Festival and Hammerfest, 2010's Sonisphere, the band went on to tour Europe with All That Remains, Soilwork, Caliban and Neaera at the end of 2010. After a slight line up change and completing the Metal Hammer Razor UK tour in Feb 2011, the band are writing their 3rd full length album, for release late 2011/early 2012.
