Dunderbeist BioDunderbeist represents an alternative to the Norwegian metal scene with their mix of killer refrains and musical eclecticism on a backdrop of hard hitting metal. Everything performed with a biiiig smile on their faces. The band consists of members from Stonegard, Kite and Krace. They follow up a long tradition of theatrical acts such as Alice Cooper, Mushroomhead and Kiss. It’s all about creating an own universe, a sound and expand within their own boundaries. But when the boundaries are so wide as they are in this case, everything can happen. The aim here is to enjoy the process of making music and to reach out to the people with what they got. They have no restraints in the matter of which genre they meddle with, everything goes. They ruthlessly steal from everything to everyone. From sugar pop to hip-hop through industrial metal and classical stoner rock and so on. But hey, who can blame ‘em. They’re scoundrels. Anyhow, at the end they land steadily on 16 feet in their own blend of it all.
